InvestaCo is committed to a fully transparent process even beyond the open source coding. Here are other ways to transparency and community control.

Founders will be limited from liquidating their INV at a rate of more than 20% of the total pool within the first year. This is to prevent dumping and to keep a stable token price. Our consensus based voting mechanisms will ensure that the core dev team on vital chains and platform dev decisions, that will inevitably arise as we expand to meet the different demands of not only our future coinholders but new customers as well. Due to operational control & security factors, we can not make the full codebase opensource but will seek to involve and request community feedback on major decisions wherever possible.

INV Token

The INV Token is a smart contract token based on ethereum ERC-223 compliance.

Token will be issued by Investa upon completion of public token sale.

Holder token will be able to use INV in the Investa platform as a payment tool for all services in our APP.

For example, INV holders will be able to use their token allocation from other ICO pre-sales, managed by our INV managers.

INV holders can also place borrowers for borrowers.
